The Norwegian artist Ørnulf Opdahl expresses his almost visceral relationship with his native landscape through epic paintings of mystical peaks, desolate glaciers and brooding skies. Opdahl lives and works on the island of Godøy, his birthplace at the southern end of an archipelago off the west coast of Norway. Including 164 colour images, this visual chronology spans the years from 1990 to the present.
