Join the Scottish Ensemble for Dance Music, a celebration of music written to make us move. Alongside Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla’s infectious take on Vivaldi’s ‘Four Seasons’, pulsating with the rhythms of Latin America, comes the breathless tarantella which ends in Franz Schubert’s ‘Death and the Maiden’ and an assortment of tangos, waltzes, marches, serenades and romances – a joyful sashay through a host of pieces written with our feet in mind. Guest director and award-winning violinist Malin Bromaneader is a leader of the Swedish Radio Orchestra.
