The Westgate Gallery specialises in original works and limited edition prints. There is a particular emphasis on views of North Berwick and the East Lothian coastline, including the Bass Rock and the county’s famous golf courses.
The gallery showcases a selection of original works and limited edition signed prints from the extensive DeMontfort Fine Art catalogue of internationally renowned artists, such as John Lowrie Morrison, Duncan MacGregor and Sherree Valentine Daines.
Westgate also features work by Aquarelle Fine Art, a publisher of exquisitely finished limited editions by artists such as Iain Faulkner, Anna Pugh and Mia Tarney. Aquarelle also produces specialist children’s illustrations featuring the likes of Roald Dahl, Beatrix Potter and Dick Bruna of “Miffy” fame.
To complement the pictures there are sculptures, ceramics, art glass and jewellery. Items from iconic Italian brand Alessi have been added to existing ranges by top makers such as Kosta Boda, Poole Pottery, Highland Stoneware and Sheila Fleet.
The licensed gallery-cafe is a great way to relax and recharge in beautiful surroundings. Additional premises next door have just now opened to showcase beautiful silk flowers, vases, tableware, lighting and other interiors ranges.
