Westgate Galleries specialise in original works and limited edition prints.There is a particular emphasis on views of North Berwick and the East Lothian coastline, including the famous Bass Rock.

Local artists Leila Aitken and Wendy Portway are regular exhibitors, supplemented by works by other visiting artists.

Arriving in time for Easter will be an extensive display of prints by Heather Raeburn, a botanical artist living and working in Edinburgh. Since graduating from Edinburgh College of Art, she has worked successfully in illustrative design and portraiture before studying botanical painting at the Royal Botanical Gardens, where she quickly merged her natural abilities for observation and fine detail.

In addition to paintings and prints, the gallery has a fabulous selection of art glass, ceramics and bronzes, while the shop is the perfect place to find that perfect gift from the extensive displays of jewellery, handbags, fine toiletries, candles, china and glass, silk flowers and stationery.
