MCHARDY'S ART AND FRAMING

McHardy’s Art & Framing is one of Scotland’s highest quality bespoke picture framers. In 2001 owner Toby Watts became a Guild Commended Framer and in 2008 was voted Framer of the year by members of the Fine Art Trade Guild.

McHardy’s frame watercolours, oils on canvas and photographs as well as more unusual objects like sports shirts, medals, embroideries and 3D objects such as children’s shoes.

McHardy’s has ultra-violet glass to protect your items from fading, and advice is freely given on how to conserve artwork and keep it in optimum condition for its life.

As well as framing, McHardy’s also sell sculpture, ceramics, woodwork, glass and gifts, made by primarily Scottish craftmakers. There are also regularly changing exhibitions of local art.
