‘Treat’ on Supermarket Sarah Website
FCA&C’s latest ‘Treat’ venture is on the popular Supermarket Sarah website. A temporary display of craft was set up by FCA&C staff on a wall near their St Andrews office, photographed, then dismantled. The display has now reappeared as a virtual wall on Supermarket Sarah’s website, with everything you see available to buy.
FCA&C created the ‘Treat’ brand last summer with a successful pop-up shop in St Andrews. This was followed by various events to encourage an interest and participation in contemporary craft.
The virtual ‘Treat’ wall on Supermarket Sarah features a range of hand-made items by mostly Scottish makers: Syrah Jay, Lyle McCance, Lovely Pigeon, YOKE, Jane Gowans, Jo Davies, Hilary Grant, Mitchell & Black and Katie Lees. Once purchased via the website, all items are dispatched by the individual maker. Treat yourself and support a contemporary maker!
