Situated in the beautiful Borders countryside, Dancing Light Gallery exhibits original art and crafts. Adjoining the gallery is a restaurant and foodhall, making it an ideal destination for a trip out of town.

Mixed Summer Exhibition

This show brings together a variety of diverse styles and subjects by Scottish artists and makers.

Paintings include: landscapes by Peter Lloyd which capture the colours and shapes of the Scottish countryside; watercolour illustrations of flora and fauna by Lucy McCririck, a recent graduate of Edinburgh College of Art; charming and cheerful paintings by Lynn Hanley depicting local life; vibrant, large scale works by Brenda Struthers; and abstract works on glass by Robert Ryan, using a variety of minerals.

There is also jewellery by Hannah-Louise Lamb and Melanie Muir, ceramics by Tom Hopkins Gibson and Alison Ogden, textiles by Moira Dickson and glass by Emma Butler-Cole.
