Moy Murray, Beyond The Tweed

Dancing Light’s third Christmas Exhibition has its best ever collection of favourite and new artists, including a very special exhibition celebrating Scottish Borders textiles.

Work includes scarves and bags of hand-woven silk and merino, nunofelt and Borders tweed. Makers include Jo Barlow, Julia Cunningham, Anna and Brian Hinnigan, Linda Keith, Shirley Pinder, Heather Potten, Henriette Stoehr and Christina Suter.

There is art by Clifford Blakey, Jane Duckfield, Lynn Hanley, Audrey Hawthorne, Ulla Hipkin, Angela Lawrence, Pat Kramek, Peter Lloyd, Moy Mackay, Amy Marshall, Lucy Newton and Robert Ryan.

A changing exhibition of ‘3D’ objects includes jewellery, glass, ceramics, wood and sculpture, including work by Ingeborg Bratman, Julia Linstead, Blandine Anderson and Elizabeth Waugh.

There is an adjoining cafe and foodhall.
