The 365 Exhibition showcases 365 small original artworks by artist Tommy Fitchet painted over the last year. The paintings are £100 each and for each sold he is donating £25 to each of the charities, The Cancer Research and The Children’s Hospices Across Scotland.
Tommy said: “I have been so inspired by this fight against cancer, especially after my mother’s early diagnosis and successful surgery. When I am painting these wee studies, I get even more enjoyment out of them when I know that I can be playing a small part, with your help, in the fight. I have had this idea for some time now and started in May 2016 and because of the success of the ‘100/100’ exhibition we raised over £5500 for The Cancer Research Charity in September 2016 I gave myself the challenge to paint 365 small landscape / seascape paintings. One for each day of the year. I am currently still working on them and with some luck and perseverance, I will have them all finished by end of June 2017! I will then have them framed, photographed and listed by mid August 2017.”
